New ‘Armide’ at the Netherlands Opera
Rehearsals are well underway for a new production of Gluck’s ‘Armide’ which premières at the De Nederlandse Oper on 6th October. Ivor conducts the Netherlands Chamber Orchestra in Australian director Barrie Kosky’s first production for DNO. Karina Gauvin makes her DNO debut in the role of Armide, and Frédéric Antoun sings the crusader knight Renaud. See more at the De Nederlandse Oper.
